We accept returns within 14 days from the date the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

3. Exchanges

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and you must follow the return process.

2. Provide photos or videos of the issue and the package.
